1. Production & Processing Time
Every piece at Artevashop is a unique artwork hand-painted by our artists. To ensure high-quality craftsmanship:
Production Time: 6–9 business days.
Artistic Care: This time allows for the meticulous painting process and proper drying of the oil paints.
2. Shipping Costs & Customs Duties
We aim to provide a transparent and premium shopping experience:
Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping to the United States on all orders.
International Orders: The final settlement price includes full shipping costs.
Customs Duties: Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Air Shipments: Handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the destination and service availability. Delivery time is generally 5–8 business days once shipped.
Sea Shipments: Arranged using the best available shipping routes at the time of dispatch to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
Total Wait Time: Most customers typically receive their artwork within 11–17 business days (including production time).
4. Professional Packaging & Damage Inspection
Packaging: Rolled canvases are shipped in reinforced hard paper tubes; framed pieces are secured in sturdy, protective wooden crates.
Damage Inspection: While we take extreme care, if you notice any visible damage to the exterior packagingupon delivery, please take clear photos before opening the package.
Resolution: Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours with these photos. This documentation is essential for us to resolve the issue with the carrier and arrange an Expedited Repainting if necessary.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number to monitor your masterpiece's journey in real-time.
