1. 30-Day Risk-Free Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your artwork to request a return and receive a FULL refund.
2. Shipping, Duties & Taxes
We aim to provide a transparent and premium shopping experience with no hidden costs:
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
All-Inclusive Pricing (DDP): The price paid at checkout includes all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes. No additional charges will be due upon delivery. We will assist in managing the complexities of international customs to ensure a seamless experience for you.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide specific instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Return Condition: Artwork must be in its original condition and packaged using the original reinforced paper tube or wooden crate. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are improperly packaged or damaged during return shipping.
Shipping Fees: For returns due to personal preferences (e.g., 'change of mind'), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Damages and Transit Issues
We offer a Full Refund or Free Exchange for any item damaged during transportation.

Expedited Repainting: If you choose an exchange, our artists will prioritize an Expedited Repainting (completed within 6–9 business days) at no extra cost.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved:
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

6. Customization & Adjustments
Every painting is meticulously crafted for you. To ensure you love the final result, we share progress photos during the creation process. We will implement adjustments until you are 100% satisfied with your masterpiece before it is shipped.
